Three Steps - Fill, Light and Smoke
Fill- Simply fill your smoker with pellets, be sure to keep the pellets below the top of the dividers to avoid the burn from "jumping" row.
Light - Light the pellets through the hole for 45 seconds and allow this flame to burn for 10 minutes( IMPORTANT!)
Smoke - when the pellets are burning well, softly blow the flame out and close the lid or door to your grill or smoker and walk away, Make sure the maze is placed in an area with good ventilation.
