We offer Express International Courier Service FEDEX, DHL, EMS (2 to 5 Business day)

Because we use Priority service, they will need correct receiver signature, otherwise, courier company will reject it.

 

If you feel that there is no problem and are willing to sign, then we'll urge the delivery immediately after receive you approval.

If you cannot accept it, we also accept your cancel and call back shipment.

Return Policy

We Only Accept Domestic Return

Refunds / Exchanges may only be made within 30 days of receiving the package and 20% Restocking Fee will be applied.

 

A refund will not be accepted if item returned has missing parts or have any kind of damaged. All returns must be in their original non-damaged condition, to include all original manufacturer’s packaging, documentation, manuals and accessories, or else they will not be accepted.

 

Unless specified in the listing, our phones are international models and come with a warranty only in the country of origin not international warranty.

 If your parcel is held in your local custom, you will have to contact your local custom and post office.

 If you need the document to clear the custom,  Please contact me that I will provide any documents after checking with my courier.

 If the parcel returned due to refusal to pay import tax or or unsuccessful delivery (e.g. insufficient address information, no such receiver, etc), we will charge for all Shipping cost and 10% of total price.
