Nice Silver metal Tobacco container.  Has a Greek key pattern in a square on the lid with a blank space available for engraving, or to just check your stache with.  Lid is spring loaded and has a small compartment for folded rolling papers.  I am not sure what type or size would fit.  The container is rounded with rounded sides, hemmed together with a tin type fold.  This appears to have small tool marks on the insides of the folds.  It seems to have been made by machinery tools by an individual crafts person.

These were fun and common at one time.  People kept tobacco or flower herbs for smoking instead of buying pre rolled cigarettes like you see today.  Its not an antique and I see no markings indicating it to be genuine silver or plated.

This is a fun conversation piece and addition to your smoking station.
It is 3 1/2" x 2 1/2" and 7/8" thick
