*Is the module safe?
As long as the input voltage of the module does not exceed the operating voltage, it is fine. However, it is difficult to ensure that the supply voltage is stable and pure, as wiring sparks, interference from other devices, etc. may cause the supply voltage to be much higher instantly.
*Does it support mobile phones and car recorders?
Yes, the voltage of other devices can be correct, not more than 2A current can be
