You are looking at a listing for a Hallmark ornament called "KISS THE COOK". The ornament is dated 2001. This teddy bear chef is holding a mixing spoon and licking his fingers. It measures about 4" high.

The ornament was previously displayed.  I see a yellowed area on the back of the bear's hat.  Maybe too close to a tree light (?).  Other than that, he looks great.  Too cute to just discard.  The box has some scuffing, a dent, and dinging. The price tab is intact.
