RARE survivor Show quality pair of rear tie down shipping brackets for your 1964 to 1970 San Jose produced DUAL exhaust Mustangs & ALL 1965, 1966 & 1967 Shelby GT350 & GT500. Close up pics show details ONLY found on assembly line original brackets: "T" hook retaining chain witness marks, light scuffing from the "tight fit" in between the exhaust pipe/bracket/clamp assembly & leaf springs/shackles, 60's unique press stamp "textured skin" & slash cut edge. Some of these brackets have more or less of the "chaffing", but are otherwise identical. San Jose was unique, they installed black painted brackets. Most originals found on cars today are severely rusted/pitted, reproduction or completely missing. Fortunately the service manager of a local Ford dealer saved a few sets of these, they have NO rust/pits & are as nice today as they were in the 60's!  You will also receive a complete set of 6 assembly line original fasteners: 4 long bolts with scuff washers & shouldered self locking nuts & 2 short bolts with scuff washers. Current reproductions are nice but are missing the previously mentioned details & easy to spot, show Judges & informed buyers know the difference.
