This item is stocked by and dispatched direct to UK mainland addresses from our supplier on our behalf, order before 3pm for same-day dispatch (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Items dispatched with DHL Parcel UK are delivered Monday to Friday, while items dispatched with Royal Mail are delivered Monday to Saturday. No dispatches or deliveries on public holidays.

For all other customers this will be ordered in and dispatched from our Birmingham warehouse, please allow an additional day for dispatch.

Items are offered for sale on a strict 'mail-order' only basis, collection is not possible, sorry.

• For all shipments outside of the UK, we are obligated to attach an invoice to the outside of the package, and to declare the full value of the goods on customs form/label. Please do not ask us to declare any different value or description of goods.
• Additional customs duties/taxes incurred are the responsibility of the buyer to pay. Please ensure you provide a valid full contact name, telephone number and email address. Parcels returned to sender due to failure/refusal to pay import duties/taxes payable will be refunded less the cost of shipping.
• We cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays caused by customs processing, or a failure to provide accurate delivery address and/or contact details.
