Hello, up for purchase is a very nice pair of ladies dress sandals by Bally.  They are still one of the high quality shoe makers that have not transferred their manufacturing to an Asian country.  The shoes are done in a dark brown textured leather that has a basket weave design.  They are open toe with a 3 inch stacked heal that is wide for stability when walking and a strap over the ankle.  The toe shape is squared off.  They are in very good condition with only wear showing on the bottoms of the soles.  They are sized 40 1/2 European size.  I have checked shoe charts for conversions and no two charts are alike with a size 40 1/2.  I'm seeing 9 1/2 or 10 so you need some knowledge with this shoe size.  The one thing that uncomplicates this, is the fact that they are an open shoe.
