The Kyrgyzstan 10 Som iron coin is part of the 2009 mintage featuring the coat of arms of Kyrgyzstan and the release date on its obverse. The reverse of the 5.4g coin depicts the denomination and a leather-made drinking container, kookor, which was made for the traditional drink called kymyz. The 24.5 mm x 1.70 mm nickel-plated coin has a medal alignment and segmented-reeded edge. This Kyrgyz 10 Som is in minted condition.
