Conditions:

-You must be over 16 years old with a prescription under 2 years old to place an order.

-Your frame which you send to us to glaze must be full frame or semi rimless made of metal or plastic

At this price we can only accept prescription's between a sphere of +4.00D and -6.00D and a Cyl of max -2.00D.

If you not sure you prescription is within this range, please send us a message and we will tell you.

We can of course process prescriptions out of this range but you will have to buy different lenses voucher.

How to have your glasses reglazed!

1) Before you buy this voucher please contact me using Ebay message to confirm if this voucher covers lenses you need for your prescription. I will give you professional advice and recommendation to make sure you will have the best lenses for your need and prescription. I will make sure your lenses will look nice and thin in you frame when fitted.

2) When we confirm, that this voucher is good for you to have your new lenses fitted, then you 'Buy it Now' and pay for your Voucher.

3) Next, we send you an email requesting your prescription and PD-pupil distance.

If you don't know your PD, you can send to us a digital photo (passport style) of you face when you wear your frame so we can take the measurements ourselves). For varifocal we need to know how high to fit the lenses into your frame so you need to send the Passport style photo when you wear the frame ( unless your frame which you want to reglaze has already varifocal lenses fitted and you just want to upgrade the prescription ).

If you send your frame with your current prescription we will take the PD and hight from your old lenses. When you buy the voucher we provide the shipping address you need to post your frame. Please use appropriate box when you send your frame to us, we don't want them to become damaged in the transport ( you send the frames on your risk ).

4) Once we have receive your existing glasses (or new frame) we will confirm the arrival via email

5) Within a few working days ( usually no more than 7 ) we will dispatch your glasses reglazed with your new lenses via Royal Mail Tracked delivery.

6) Last thing would be to ask you a positive a positive feedback if you are happy with your new lenses!

Q1. Do you sell other lens types and Index's?

A. Yes of course, we have available the full range of lenses 1.6, 1.67, 1,74 index, transitions 8GEN ( 6 colours ), Extra active transitions ( they become dark in the car as well as outside) , tinted lenses ( from light tint to very dark sunglasses tint, mirrored lenses), also all this in varifocal lenses , just send us email and ask what do you need and we give you a quote.

Q2. If I am not happy with the lenses or, there is something wrong can I get my money back?

Yes of course, We offer no quibble refunds if returned within 14 days.We will ask you to send our lenses back, ones we receive them, we will issue a refund.

Q3.My frames are very expensive or sentimental, can I upgrade to Special Delivery which is insured for up to £500?

Yes, just choose Royal Mail special delivery post ( insured up to £500 ) when you buy the voucher

Frame Condition

Frames must be in good condition and not liable to break during the glazing process. If we're unable to complete the reglaze due to damage, brittle frames or a frame design that is not suitable for new lenses to be fitted successfully we will contact you to advise you and return your frame and offer a refund.

Please note : While we make every effort to ensure all reglaze orders are completed

Curved Frames

Unfortunately, we're unable to reglaze frames or sunglasses with a high curvature under this offer. Please contact us for a quote or if you're unsure if your frame is suitable.

If you feel your frames may not be suitable for reglaze or would like advice, please contact us (include a picture of the frame if possible) and we'll be happy to assist you before you place your order.
