This is a beautiful set of earrings and Necklace.  Please see all my 7 pictures to see them next to a tape measure and on a Girl so you can see the size.  The metal is GOLD toned (even tho it may look silver in some pics it's NOT silver.)   The chain can be from 18" to 21".  The stones are shades of RED.
