Since
2004 Herald Sun has released AFL trading cards series every year until 2012—total
9 AFL Card series. The release of Herald Sun AFL Trading
cards was to boost the newspapers sales. By purchasing the Newpaper, collectors
were able to purchase the pack at fixed pack price.
These
cards are slightly smaller than regular size. Card Size: about 5.7 cm x 8.2
cm. Normally, collectors purchase 1 pack each day during the
promotion period and continue 15-18 days to finalize the full collection.
All
Herald Sun AFL Trading cards from 2004 to 2012 were manufactured by Select
Australia. HERALD SUN AFL TRADING CARDS has
become a stand alone trading cards series that provides another choice for AFL
card collectors.
The item for sale here is the 50 UN-OPENED FULL SETS of
2004 to 2012 Herald Sun AFL Trading Cards in the ORIGINAL PACKAGE. Most of them
are in Factory sealed boxes, some are in 50-sealed pack bundle due to the
difficulty in getting factory boxes back then.
The UNIQUE part of this item is: rewinding the
clock to the origin in a form of COMPLETE SET: You purchased the
FULL BOX in its ORIGINAL PACKAGE which is very hard to find.
After
we preserve them for more than 10 years, we will part one of our own collection
to other collectors.
