Ordering a Tag
1. Select The Item you would like to order from the drop down menu above, then place this item into your basket and pay, OR use the ‘buy it now’ Option.

2. Then send us a message through ebay with your engraving information or fill in the note to seller section when you pay via PayPal. (Please "NOTE" when adding your info through the Paypal note section make sure you 'Click' the Blue Button "ADD" this (Saves Your Message) before sending to us.

3. How to order more than 1: Choose the items you would like to order, select each one individually and use the add to basket. Keep doing this until all items are in your basket. Then just click on your basket at the very top of the eBay page on the right and checkout. Then send a message with all your engraving requirements for each item or fill in note to seller in PayPal.

The best format to send your Engraving information would be this format (example Below.)...Please also advise if you would like the 2 sided tags engraved on 1 side or 2.

(We will engrave the best layout possible if there is No Confirmation on your Note)

Delivery

Our Tags are sent Via 2nd Class Royal Mail Post. (Unless You have selected and paid for another Service) Next (working) Day Delivery.  (See Postage Options)

Please allow up to 7 days Max after the item has been dispatched for it to arrive.  If it hasn't arrived by then get in touch with us straight away via ebay Messaging or See our Seller Contact Details.

Royal Mail are normally very good and on time but please allow that extra time for Delivery.

Returns..

We Have 60 Day Returns Policy, But We Do Not Accept returns on personalised items that are misspelled, UNLESS the fault is ours, in which case we will do a replacement straight away after the item is returned to us.

Dog identification and the law...

All dogs (with some working dog exemptions) are required to wear a dog identity tag or other form of clear identification by law, whether your dog is also Microchipped or not.

The Control of Dogs Order 1992 mandates that any dog in a public place must wear a collar with the owner's name, address and postcode engraved or written on it, or engraved on a dog identity tag. Your telephone number is optional but advisable. Some dog owners also add the dog's name to the dog tag while others feel this is best not done in case your dog is stolen, but the choice on that is entirely up to you.

As long as you make sure you have the legally required information on your dog's ID tag you will be on the right side of the law. You can be fined up to £5,000 if your dog does not wear a dog identification tag or does not have the required information on them.


What to put on the tag?
As a house number and postcode are all that is needed to specify an entire UK address, it is perfectly acceptable to put just that and your surname if the dog tag does not have room for your full address.   I am Chipped,  Id Chipped or Microchipped can also be added.

Most details will fit on our listed tags within reason,  The more text the Smaller the font.
