Vintage Doctor w/Stethoscope & Headlamp Sculpture by Austin Productions of Brooklyn, NY, dated 1977. This is a slightly abstract but very anatomically accurate rendering of a doctor, seriously examining his patient, either a ceramic or plaster statue painted to resemble bronze.  As shown in the photos, the abstract element is contained in the apparent stethoscope head he's holding in his examining hand but there is no other part of a stethoscope present, leaving it to the viewer to fill in the details of the instrument.  While definitely not as heavy as bronze, this is still nearly 3 1/2 lb!
