This bronze medal measures approx. 1  1/4" and bears the name of sculptor Boris Buzan, copyrighted 1973 to the right of the bust image.  Reads on its smooth edge: Medallic Art Co. N.Y..  Will look great when polished which I'll leave up to you.  Thanks for looking at this auction.
