 It was very touching and interesting book especially as I neared the end when it became real the he was dealing with his infection and how he and his family coped. The only fault that I found in the book was in the fact that I knew this was from his wife's point of view which led me to believe that she had blinders on to certain factors about her husband and the activities that he was involved in. She really attempted to paint a picture of Brad as someone who dabbled in homosexuality briefly for money and due to some psychological issues that stemmed from a rough upbringing. I read the entire book and knew automatically that Brad was a closeted bisexual man and he was obviously leading a double life throughout their marriage. The signs were all there but I think his wife chose to ignore them for whatever reason and eventually they created a family even with Brad's promiscuity with both men and women. A lot of movie reference were made and a lot of names were dropped that required some research on my part. I enjoyed looking at old films that he was apart of and from what I could see he was a natural talent.
