Missing 3 pieces and has one broken piece.  Missing:  2x 426904 dark tan 1x4 brick; 1x 6055171 dark green 1x1 flat plate. 

Broken:   1x 4217848 6x6 brown plate (it is broken in half, it was used in building the set to take pictures of it for this listing, I tried to show how the plate was in pieces but it's hard to see.)  Sold as-is.

Includes manual. No box.

Ships partially disassembled as it contains fragile brown pieces.
