Hand screened printed in Lilacs & Dark, Light Gray florals on White background. Has short, fold over sleeves and gathered pleated shoulders and an elastic, smocked waist.

The skirt is full and midi length. Hand tiffany set Rhinestones at neckline in front (parentheses they still have paper backing on, see pic..)
