Our order don’t add taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. You pay us what you see on the order screen, i.e. goods subtotal + shipping cost. 1. Warranty and warranty periods. We warrant only to the original end user (the buyer) for quality of the products for 12 months after delivery date. 
2. Our obligation under warranty. Our sole obligation under the warranty period shall be to repair products being with troubles caused by installation or usage in right way, excluding any part failure due to abuse, misuse, alteration or lack of maintenance by the buyer. 
3. Return Appointment Process. As a condition precedent to the above Warranty, the end user must: 1) Confirm MPN of the item is correct with us first by eBay message. Returns without correct MPN may not be regarded as our original products. 2) Pack the items being returned in the original packing carton or equivalent. Damage in transit is end user’s responsibility and may be cause to void the warranty claim. 
4. Transportation Costs. The buyer shall be liable for all handling and transportation costs to return products to us. We will pay shipping fee to products that have been repaired and shipped to the buyer covered by this Warranty.
