Very nice and clean unit. It complete and in great cosmetic conditions.
Included ink cartridges, printhead, paper spindle, legs, fabric paper tray.
Plotter powers up but cannot finish installation of the printhead.  
We do not work with Canon plotters and I do not know if it's something I doing wrong or there are some problems with the unit. Previous owner tell that plotter was working fine until it need new printhead, he bought new printhead but was not able to install it.
 
Reason why we sell this plotter as-is:
We do not work on Canon plotters, we only work on HP Designjet Plotters, and I do not have time or desire to mess with other brands. So we selling this unit it AS IS, price reflect this!
