Notes on Cancellations and Returns

Due to changes in PayPal policy, please pay 4% of the payment amount (Product price + shipping) when all customers cancel and return the items due to personal reasons.

Examples:

・Customer's purchase mistake

・Refusal to receive goods, including refusal to pay customs duties

・Returns if the size of the item with the size description does not fit

・etc.

When the cancellation and return are not due to our company's fault, the customer is responsible for 4% of the payment (Product price + shipping).
