For your consideration is a piece that's oozing character.  A late-1800's printing of Dumas' "The Three Musketeers".  No stated printing date but the inscription is dated 1900.  Similar to other pieces from the same publisher (M.A. Donahue) from the late 1800's so that all checks-out.  

Condition is "heavily patina'd".  Notable handling wear all over, as shown.  The cover is still attached, but only by the webbing as shown since the pastedown has dried out and cracked on the front and rear.  The binding itself is in good condition with no loose pages.  There is foxing/tanning on the pages as you'd expect for something 120+ years old, but no moisture damage.  This is not a museum piece, but it is a statement piece.
