Here is a Halcyon Days enamel trinket box from the United Kingdom. It is oval in shape an the lid reads "A London Gift Westminster Bridge". It measures 2" by 1 3/4" and it appears to have never been used. This lovely trinket box is in wonderful condition as is the original box it comes in.
