- Your item/s will go into production within a few hours of ordering, therefore they cannot be cancelled or changed after this time
- Custom made items cannot be refunded or exchanged. All customisation will be in English A-Z and 0-9.

- Due to the inks and the heat process involved in the manufacturing of sublimated items, from time to time they may have small marks or blemishes.
