Owned and displayed only by adult collector, bricks are in great shape, no bites, dents or any major scratches, no discolor.
The set is disassembled and sorted in poly bags by color.
All three instruction booklets are in perfect condition.
Comes from smoke and pet free household.
All my sets are being sold clean and dusted off, some of them are washed in hot soap water in case of significant layers of dust.
Also kept away from direct sunlight to avoid discolor/yellowing of bricks.

**Note for buyers**
For last 4 years we provided excellent service and sold many sets to a new happy costumers- until FEB 22 when we literally bumped into a Karen from Iowa,
who left us a negative feedback for not reaching us while we were outside the U.S. ( and internet reception)
After long negotiations she refused to remove the feedback so we are now suffer for not having the 100%.
