Payment Policy

 

We accept payment via PayPal and all major credit cards. Payment is required within 3 days after buying.

 

Shipping Policy

 

We ship worldwide, and handling time is 5 business days after receiving clear payment and ring size confirmation. (Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays). Delivery time will be 5-10 working days (which may extend during peak season time).

 

Expedited Shipping

 

Expedited shipping with online tracking and delivery confirmation within 3-5 working days can be availed on request.

 

Return Policy

 

We accept returns only if there is any manufacturing defect or in transit damage. Refund amount is based on the product's price you have purchased for. Please remember to contact us before sending any item back. For incomplete or wrong address, we are not liable for any return. If the buyer wants to return the item for his/her own personal reasons (without any valid reason of item received in damage condition or unless it is defective) the return shipping charges will be borne by the buyer.
