Here we have an authentic vintage December, 1939, Annual Salon Issue of Popular Photography magazine. A whopping 210 pages of feature articles, photos and fantastic vintage camera and other photography-related print advertisements. Weighs over a pound! We have lots of interesting ephemera in our store, to which we add new inventory daily, and we're always happy to combine shipping at actual cost.

Approximate measurements: please see photos with rulers

Condition: Our photographs reveal the condition best -- please enlarge and zoom in on them, and examine them carefully. We often add graphics such as arrows, circles, and text boxes to our photos to point out things of interest that might be hard to see, such as a price tag or maker's mark, as well as to highlight many condition flaws. You'll never find anything sticky, growing or otherwise gross on our ephemera, nor will you ever encounter anything with funky odors. This magazine is very clean and very fresh, with light edge wear. The only condition issue is an old spill on the back cover, which has led to some rippling and light discoloration. The cover is very thick paper, so the damage is confined to it and just a few of the inner back pages, the ones devoted to the typical back of the book small ads. Complete, with no missing pages. The magazine is unread, so the pages have never been folded open and creased down, which accounts for the rulers and the eraser holding down the pages in the photos. There's a bit of strategic covering of assets as well, to prevent us from being kicked off of ebay, lol.

Rest assured that we will do all we can to ensure that your piece of ephemera arrives exactly as presented in our photos. We invest time and appropriate materials into shipping all of our ephemera. Most pieces are sent in envelopes that are sandwiched between cardboard before being sent as Priority or first-class parcels in non-bendable mailers, which ship at rates much higher than first-class letters. We never toss our ephemera into thin stationery envelopes with forever stamps stuck to them expecting the USPS to deliver them to you with great care.

We consider funky odors (cigarette smoke, mildew, etc) to be an important part of a condition report. Corndogcache is a 100% non-smoking environment, and we'll let you know if any of our vintage items smell like it (or anything else) from activities they may have been involved in before they came to us.
