Shipping

All orders are posted 2nd class mail, free of charge. This is NOT a guaranteed delivery service. All delivery times quoted by eBay are ESTIMATED only, and meant for guidance. Once an item has been posted I rely upon Royal Mail to deliver your order as soon as possible. I cannot track an item once it enters the postal system. Unfortunately delivery is beyond my control.

I cannot accept responsibility for an item arriving after an Estimated delivery date. I am unable to offer a refund in these instances.

Other delivery options are available at checkout, 1st and Guaranteed by 1pm Special Delivery (M-F), for an additional charge.

Postal delays do sadly happen. I would recommend ordering your items 7-10 working days prior to needing your card, to avoid disappointment.

Returns

As this is a 'made to order' personalised item, refunds can only be given if there is an error on my part.
I do not accept returns for remorse buys or items arriving past an estimated delivery date.
In the event of myself making a mistake, or if your item arrives damaged, please contact me, and I will happily send a replacement.
