The cap by itself is priceless if you’re looking for one. The lever and clip alone are worth the starting price so please don’t offer $50. Just sayin…

Offered for your consideration is an eye-catching Leboeuf lever filling fountain pen.

The color is a medium Cherry Red (Coral?) with irregular pale translucent blotches.

This is the largest model, a number 75, and should be fitted with a huge number 8 nib.

Let me state up front…this is a “ project” pen that will require parts, imagination and a determined individual to be put back in usable, or at least, displayable condition.

The irony here is that the barrel is marked with Leboeuf’s declarative “ unbreakable” imprint.

This pen has a decent cap and clip though most of the gold is gone on the clip. If you have a barrel the cap alone is beyond a bargain!

The barrel is another story. I was polishing the pen and the barrel broke in my hand. You can see the split. No material was lost and the two pieces flush up well and can be attached with proper solvents. Durability? Uncertain.

This is a rare color and a very desirable pen.

The threads have been replaced with similar red material but not an exact match. This was there when I purchased the pen. The cap threads on well.

You will need a section, feed and nib to complete it.

If you’re hell bent on this project I can sell you some of those needed items.
