This little sculpture in 14k Gold works well as a charm on a bracelet or as a fun pendant.  It is also free standing, for display.  

This charm - pendant shows a "Helicopter" with a free spinning propeller and rotor. While helicopters are used for many tasks, one of the most popular is sight seeing along the glaciers and other remote areas of Alaska.

This is not your today's mass produced travel charm, but was typical of the styles created for the Northern travelers many years ago.

  

This item was designed and produced in the USA by a well respected, now retired, fine jewelry manufacturer.  These are especially attractive as they haven't been made for a number of years..

The charm is approximately 10mm high at the center loop, and 21mm long. This very finely detailed little piece weighs1.6grams.  The 14k gold loop can be securely attached to a bracelet or the piece can be worn as a pendant.  The penny gives a good size reference.
