You are looking at a 10k yellow gold class ring from 1974.  The ring is sized at an 11.75 and the band is 20.71mm wide and tapers down to 7.26mm wide at the bottom center.  The stone is a Spinel and is 11mm by 9mm.  The symbols on the gemstone are PHI ALPHA DELTA.  The school is Stetson College of Law.
