After many years of collecting badges I am getting out of the hobby. I will be selling my collection of over 2300 US and Canada badges. There are hundreds of city badges that must go, too.  My first attempt will be to sell them by sets. Please don't ask me to sell the better ones separately. I want to sell them all. I also have the John Connors price guides for sale, all three. In addition, I have all, or nearly all, of the chauffeur badge newsletters issued thru the years. Contact me if you are interested in any of those, or if you have particular sets that interest you. I will also be selling my Taxi Medallions.

Here are five Taxi Driver badges from 5 different cities in Canada. They are made of plastic. Ajax is missing the pin (they were very flimsily attached). The other 4 have the original pins attached. Interesting piece of Canada badge history. Their cities did not order badges. A badge manufacturer produced them in lots of 50 and sold them to travelling salesmen who then had to convince a municipality that they needed badges. Thus, most city badges from Canada had numbers 50 and below. As you can see from the photo, these all fit that scenario. Here are the dates for the five: Ajax:1986, Newmarket:1986. Blind River, 1986; Geraldton:1984, and Labrador City: 1991.

If you are located in Canada, contact me for shipping. Postage from here to Canada is $16, plus my material costs. Please contact me before purchasing if you live in Canada. Thank you for understanding.
