Exceptionally Rare Mamod Steam Engine book " The Story of Malins Models".

Very often here on flea bay listings will begin with the words 'Vintage', 'Rare' or 'Collectable' etc.  But, that isn't always the case.  This listing however can boast two of those monikers 'Rare' and 'Collectable'. Why? well, because this book is both.

To the Mamod Model Collector this book is the HOLY GRAIL of Mamod memorabillia. It is extremely sought after and indeed very difficult to find.

Just like a Vintage wine or a 1981 Two pence piece bearing the words " New Penny" it has a value, not just for the plethora of information it contains but for it's collectability.

This copy is in Exceptional condition with no tears to the dust jacket or scrapes, digs or compression to the hardback binding. It is completely clean and very well kept ( just like my other copy) which is why this one is up for sale. Have a look at the photos as they form part of the description and bear out my claims.

Mamod enthusiasts and collectors know the worth of this volume which is why I am not listing it as an auction with the obvious reserve price etc.

Comparing it to TheAmazon Price of £ 230.00 for their last copies as with other book sellers I feel this is priced realistically. I will pick up the postage cost to UK buyers but you lovely international people will have to pay £ 18.00 I'm afraid.
