Construction features include: solid red spruce top with spruce x-bracing; flamed maple laminate sides and back (ladder-braced); solid maple neck; mahogany kerfed lining; 3-ply celluloid tortoise top binding and 1-ply tortoise back binding and matching tortoise heel cap and end stripe, 3-ply sound hole binding; C-profile maple neck with truss rod (adjustable inside the body below the fingerboard – wrench included); Vintage tinted glossy nitrocellulose lacquer finish, black head stock with white Kalamazoo logo and Oriole decal; High quality 18:1 individual tuners with ivory buttons; solid Indian rosewood fingerboard with MOP dots and ABS side dots, solid rosewood bridge with bone saddle and black ABS pins; bone nut; celluloid fire stripe pickguard. Guitar has a deep body that produces a fat resonant tone with plenty of punch akin to guitars with larger bodies. Great for strumming or finger-picking. Comes with custom printed padded case.
