Pre-owned and used condition. It has scuff marks on the base that are hard to see and there are some spots on the velvet. Someone tried to remove one of the spots and it crushed the velvet as can be seen in a photo. I bought it like that.   I purchased this display holder at an estate sale about 5 years ago to display photos but it was made for CDs and DVDs. It is a good catch-all for paper items too like business cards. With a sturdy black shimmery base, it weighs a little over 7 oz and has gray velvet dividers to accommodate 8 CDs or DVDs or whatever you want. The base is approximately 3.5" x 3.25" and the unit is approximately 3.5" tall. Please see the photos for a visual description.
