First edition (first printing). An attractive, square copy on the outside, but with a prior owner's name and a list of the characters and their real-life counterparts written in ink on the front free endpaper. The top edge stain is faded and the jacket has a snag along the bottom edge, with closed tears at either end. Still, a decent-looking copy. (While I'd rather the characters-real people list wasn't written in this copy, if someone had to write something, it might as well be that).
