Limitations in the actual experimental techniques heavily depend on day to day advancement of theoretical paradigms as well as the philosophical concepts. Historically, they seem consequential, as opposed to the granted priority for targeted protocols. Recent development in Molecular biology is derived from common understanding towards frontier research efforts. Nevertheless, pretolerated cells by the immune system, together with those MSCs that circumvented RES (reticuloendothelial system) are prone to transmigration. The conclusive explanation for it remains elusive. Translucent efforts to characterize the cell had fostered appealing sorting measures of clinical relevance in evidencebased medical practice. The book sheds light on important studies that contribute to the better understanding of cell reprogramming mechanisms, being so essential in maintaining normal physiological, molecular and mechanical properties of stem cells.
