By applying methodological tools of Ukrainian studies, the authors have described the main ethnocultural processes in the context of Ukraines transformation during the late 20th early 21st century. The authors have analyzed the ethnocultural processes, interethnic and intercultural relations in the Ukrainian SSR in the 1980s (Perestroika) alongside with ethnocultural processes of the Ukrainian society during the period of development of independent Ukraine in their strong connection. The authors suppose that the monograph will help to comprehend the relevant problems of Ukrainian studies and Ukrainian society in ethnocultural sphere as it meets the important spiritual and cultural demands of modern Ukraine.
