Milk thistle oil contains an active substance called silymarin which gives it an antioxidant action, anti-radical activity which effectively helps to slow down the aging of the skin. Particularly recommended for damaged and devitalized skin, milk thistle oil can also be used as a massage oil and as an ingredient in shampoos for fine and fragile hair.

Apply to the skin like a cream. Oil penetration is faster if the skin is moist.
