This vintage Hot Wheels car is brand new on an excellent, unpunched card. The card itself only has some wear along the bottom edge, the rest of the card is pretty much mint. Blister has no issues as well. This will come in the protector shown in the photos. This will be shipped in a box to prevent damage.
