794ml.Mauby Concentrate / concentre de mabi von Baron Foods Ltd aus St. Lucia Für die Herstellung dieses exotischen Sirups werden Streifen der Mauby Rinde mit kochendem Wasser eingeweicht und ausgekocht. Daraus wird ein Extrakt gewonnen und anschließend mit Rohrzucker und einer Vielzahl karibischer Gewürze verfeinert. Mauby Sirup ist im ganzen karibischen Raum weit verbreitet und als Erfrischungsgetränk sehr beliebt. Dieser Sirup ist ein Konzentrat und wird je nach Geschmack mit 4-5 Teilen Wasser gemischt. Köstlich pur zu genießen oder als Zusatz in allerlei Mixdrinks mit oder ohne Alkohol.
