1908 Cadillac Coin Bank Car/Vintage 1974 Banthrico Inc. , Chicago, USA

This is a 1908 Cadillac brass coin Bank Car from 1974 made by Banthrico Inc. Chicago USA.  The car model features a  lady passenger and a man driver.  The bank has corrosion around the wheels and seams and has developed the patina you would expect for a 50 year old bank. I have not tried to clean the corrosion, and will leave that to the next owner to use the method of their choice. The banks were given by lending institutions as an incentive for saving for purchasing a car.  There may be some bend in the plate where the  bank opens.  This one has no key.  Keys are available for purchase on E-Bay.
