These hanging basket brackets are all steel construction, finished in black to fit 4inch, 10cm (H) section concrete posts. No drilling, screwing or fixing involved; simply slide the bracket over the top of the fence post and position in place. The bracket clamps itself to the post once the basket is hung and is held firmly and secure. This bracket will take baskets up to 16" diameter. The strength of these brackets is truly amazing.
