Instructions: 

1. Remove midstream tester from the pouch

2. Remove the protective cover to expose the absorbent tip

3. Hold the midstream tester with the absorbent tip pointing downwards, directly into your urine stream for at least 10 seconds until its thoroughly moist. Alternatively you can use a clean, dry container to urinate into and dip the midstream tester for at least 10 seconds. 

NOTE: the early part of the urine flow will give a stronger reading

4. After removing the midstream tester from the urine, immediately replace the cover. Lay the tester flat with the window facing upwards and begin timing

5. Read the result after 3 minutes, if no coloured line appears, wait 1 minute longer. Some positive results may be observed in 1 minute depending on the concentration of hCG. Do not read the result after 5 minutes as the results will be invalid

2 lines = pregnant, 1 line = not pregnant
