Within three days of purchase please. If you anticipate a delay in making payment but still wish to purchase the item(s), please let me know asap. Any unpaid items need to be notified to Ebay in order to reclaim sales fees. However, if you purchase an item by mistake, or change your mind, please contact me to request an order cancellation asap.

Items will normally be dispatched within 48 hours of payment clearance but please allow up to 3 working days, as stated on the listings, which may be required at peak times.

Refunds can be given, provided the item is returned in its original sale
condition, within 14 days of the item being posted.
Proof of posting is always obtained and can be provided in the event of missing or damaged items for the purpose of making a claim against the postal service provider. For extra security Items of significant value can be sent by Recorded Delivery, for which we charge the current rate.
