Livestock:
We guarantee that all of our fish are healthy and true representatives of their species. All of our fish are kept under strictly controlled conditions required for the species in an enriched environment and fed high quality species appropriate food.
Live fish shipping and delivery:
Fish are hand selected from our stock tanks, then placed into a large plastic bag containing tank water (aprox. 1/3of the bag). Air is removed from the bags and replaced with pure oxygen. Bags are double bagged, tied and placed in polyethylene insulated boxes with heat packs to provide optimal water temperature during transport. One bag contains only one fish, except for livebearers where one bag can contain up to 5 fish.
We use approved overnight delivery courier. Deliveries are done Tue-Thu. If you wish to book a specific delivery date, message us in inbox.
All fish can be collected from our shop in Bracknell, free of charge. To book a collection, message us in inbox.

We commit to hand pick the best and healthy specimen of fish species you have ordered and pack it and send in a safe and appropriate way.
We do not except returns of fish to our tanks. We will issue full refund in case of DOA (death on delivery). In order to do this, contact us via email and provide photo or video evidence of DOA (photo of dead fish while still in a bag) taken within one hour of delivery. Delivery time will be confirmed by courier service.
If you miss your courier delivery or do not provide photographic evidence, no refund claims will be honoured.
