We are a secondhand store. While we do test (unless stated otherwise) items we sell we are in no way experts in all fields, thus the testing we do is limited to basic functionality. There might and probably will be issues or problems that we missed. Therefore ALL items we sell are sold as pictured and AS-IS. We do not want you to have any surprises upon delivery thus we HIGHLY encourage you to ask questions or request additional photos/information BEFORE you buy.

All jewelry we sell are pre-owned and the buyer shall expect signs of use. We sell all jewelry as-is and this means that your piece may need polishing and/or repairs. We try to describe items well, but this does not mean that we list all defects and flaws. Buyers may find ones we missed. Web will not be responsible for any after-purchase repairs or improvements. The color of the item might not be rendered correctly on photos. 

Shipping during holidays - please be aware that during holiday all carriers become very busy and your order most likely be delivered with a significant delay. If you need your order by a specific day, you would need to pay for expedited shipping. If expedited shipping is not available at checkout, please contact us.

When order is delivered by USPS your tracking number can show your order delivered 2-4 days before the actual delivery. We are not sure why USPS does this, but it created endless confusions. If your order has not arrive, but tracking number shows it as delivered please give it a few day before contacting us.
