immediately run a fine-tooth comb through that computer one more time just
before shipping. That way we are certain your computer will be ready to
roll when it arrives at your door.
We offer a warranty of a Replacement Computer for physical
defects* only (that
were not inflicted by the customer such as dropping it, etc.) and no
replacements after 30 days of customer ownership.
*A physical defect only includes the computer not powering on within 30 days of customer ownership. The defect could be a bad hard drive, bad power supply, bad fan or bad RAM which could cause the computer to not power on. When a physical defect is brought to our attention, we will Replace the refurbished computer with another refurbished computer. We do Not offer Refunds. We do not do data transfer or data recovery on any of the computers we sell.
