IRL letters beneath European Union circle of stars symbol

The Republic of Ireland system of vehicle numbering is as follows;

The first two numerals indicate the year

The letters indicate the County

The County name is in Irish in full

The words "CILL MHANTAIN" are Irish for County of Wicklow
