B	Indicates the phone will be in good overall condition. The front and rear housing will show signs of wear and may have some scratches present from general day to day use. One would look at such a phone an think “its owner took good care of this – or didn’t use it much”. The screen will be clear or mostly clear.
C	Indicates the phone will be in average or worn /poor cosmetic condition. The front and rear housing may have scratches or cracks however the screen will be intact an full working order. The housing may have some spots that are dull from wear (such as from a case) to the point of paint coming off on corners. The screen will most likely have a number of hairline marks and some scratches. One would look at such a phone and think “this is a well used phone, but with a cover it will look fine”
